Uri Katzenstein (IL)
In the last four years Uri Katzenstein has became involved in performance acts that merge live delivery of an invented culture -colliding, leaning on digital back yards and foregrounds. His work as a whole divides itself into several work arenas, such as film, music, and sculpture, as well as real time based practice. He is interested in the idea of language collisions, as well as hybrid and made-up languages. Katzenstein's interest with his works is to introduce another journey venue that provides an old/new behavior of viewing and listening, which constitutes the base of his intention: “When the eye hears and the ear sees”.
